 New Family/Clan Member Questionnaire/Application
This is quick and easy, but we are looking for specific answers.


1)Is this your first clan?
   

    a)If yes, are you willing to commit yourself to a clan dedicated to treating everyone as family?
 
   
    b)If no, what's the reason for departure from previous clans?
       And, are you willing to commit yourself to THIS clan dedicated to treating everyone as family?


2)How would you react if you find yourself in any type of conflict with someone else?


3)What are you looking to accomplish as a clan member here and what future goals (long term and/or short term) are you set on fulfilling?


4)Are you here to get experience and eventually make your own clan?


5)Are you wanting to work on ranking up to the top?
